About Wilson McCutchan
Wilson McCutchan is a lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office. He advises and represents clients on a broad array of estate dispute and litigation matters.
Wilson has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. Prior to joining Vest Estate Lawyers, Wilson practiced insurance defence litigation at a national firm.
For the past couple of years, Wilson has been a sessional instructor in a Foundations class at the University of Calgary Law School. He also volunteers for Calgary Legal Guidance by presenting seminars on a variety of legal topics.
